
Concern with my experience
At first I was having issues with my meds-I won’t go into detail, because it was my fault not reading the directions properly. However… I chatted with Adam Hansen, and he really listened to me. (even though we were typing) you can tell he was trying to understand my concern, and was really detailed with his responses. Some things were out of his control, and had to verify, and after hours went by he followed-up with a phone call and rectified my problem. I really appreciate his kindness and overall customer service thru this process. Thank you Adam!

I called with a concern…
I called with a concern about my meds needing to be held as I had COVID for 15 days and my doctor did not want me on meds during illness. I spoke with Adam Hansen who assured me they could hold my prescription until I called back. He was attentive and assuring. He also explained that I needed to contact a doc at Direct meds to answer dosing questions. Thanks

I have had such positive experience from the very start with everyone involved with Direct Med. Starting with Skye, Lane who was awesome and very patient with me and answering all my questions .. Brindy K. And today Onika Williams who was great . She was very helpful and has excellent customer service . It has been a positive experience from the start . Very pleased with my weight loss journey so far

Update Review of Direct Meds
I had written a negative review for my experience withDirect Meds. I had a very negative experience due to having ordered a one month of Semigutide that ended up being a 3 months unwanted subscription. I had much difficulty resolving this situation and was told I signed up for 3 months and must continue to pay for 2 more additional months without receiving any additional medication. This was a complete misunderstanding of the way things were worded.
I disputed these charges and did not have to pay for the other 2 months. I did receive an apologize in form of a letter and a phone call explaining they had new procedures and guidelines that this would not happen again.
I did appreciate the clarification and feel customers will be able to deal with Direct Meds now honestly and only receive and pay for what they truly ordered.
I hope my experience has helped others.
